Based on your commitment, whether it’s 3, 6 or 12 months to start, we will accordingly design a roadmap, an action plan and an implementation strategy to achieve your desired results. Having accountability, years of industry knowledge, secrets, experience, ongoing support and wisdom at your disposal, to achieve momentum and lasting results, is the main key difference between trying to do it alone, which can take years. Whether you work with and continue to work with James, is up to you. It’s finding the right Coaching and Support that suits your needs.

While you have your weekly scheduled 60-90 min private meetings with James, you will also have the opportunity to message questions through the communication channel that is agreed and suitable between you both and suits your Coaching and Roadmap experience. We can’t guarantee immediate responses and in some cases your questions will be answered during your next call.

Yes, if you have paid in full and are not happy or not enjoying working with James, after the first 30 days, email your request, within seven days to info@jameslocksmith.net and we will refund the balance of the remaining months. If you are paying monthly your coaching will cease thereafter. There are no refunds for the first month or for the deposits made after 5 days. Please note that these deadlines are firm and no refunds or cancellations will be issued once the deadlines have passed.

As soon as payment is received. We will first schedule a welcome call with you to answer any questions you may have and start you with some first next steps based on your desired outcomes and roadmap development.
